Use of the Website, Purchase of Family Story Sessions and Gift Vouchers, subject to these terms and conditions
Your access to, and use of, the Website and your purchase and use of the services and products able to be purchased via the Website is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Website you represent that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you must stop accessing and using our website.
You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the services, violate any laws in New Zealand (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions will result in an immediate termination of your services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Price and Payment
The prices are per story session and are listed on the Website. The prices are inclusive of GST.
All amounts are in New Zealand dollars.
The Family Story Service reserves the right to change the prices from time to time during the term of this agreement.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the services.
The Family Story Service will invoice you via email.
Full payment is required prior to The Family Story Session.
Method of Payment
Gift Vouchers can be paid online by credit card (other than American Express) or by online bank deposit. Session bookings require a deposit of $100 with the balance due before the session date. Bookings can be paid by online bank deposit.
The Family Story Service currently operates in the following areas – wider Wellington region up to Masterton and Levin. Other areas may be available on request.
Please check your recipient lives within this area before purchasing Gift Vouchers.
Buying Gift Vouchers online
- Gift vouchers may be purchased online from anywhere in the world, but we can only provide The Family Story Sessions in the following locations – wider Wellington region up to Masterton and Levin Please ensure that your recipient is within the area that we service when purchasing a Family Story Gift Voucher.
- We will deliver gift vouchers purchased by you via email to your email address.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in relation to purchase is correct.
Spending Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed by contacting The Family Story Service directly.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- All gift vouchers expire 12 months from date of purchase.
- The Family Story Service is not responsible if a gift voucher is used without permission.
- Gift vouchers will not be refunded or replaced.
- Gift voucher value cannot be redeemed for cash or credited to a bank account.
Copyright and Trade Marks
You acknowledge that the website, the content posted on the website by us, and the underlying software and technologies used to operate the website, are all subject to copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights (collectively, "Intellectual Property Rights").
